Leslie Powers is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist whose client population includes individuals, couples, families and groups. Leslie works with couples who are experiencing a loss of connection as well as communication and intimacy difficulties. These couples are often facing life-cycle transitions. Leslie also works with families and specializes in families with adolescent children. These families have children with behavioral issues, mental health challenges, and many times are dealing with trauma and loss.
Leslie works with the LGBTQ population and her practice includes a culturally and socio-economically diverse population.
Leslie is also a mediator who helps separated and divorced couples navigate this transition by encouraging a dialogue to help mitigate the challenges and she encourages cooperation for the best interests of the children.
